All payments for International
Campers
are handled trough PayPal.

Once we receive all information
requested in the application, we will contact you and send via
e-mail a Payment Request to be paid through PayPal. No
camper will be officially registered until all the application
deposit and all information requested in the application is received.
PAYMENTS
Application Deposit. A deposit
of US$ 50.00 per
child, per session, is required with each application. This deposit
is applied to the total camp fee. In
the event of withdrawal, this deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
Special Programs. Space is
very limited in our special programs (clubs and trips). Full payment
is required at the time of registration. In the event of withdrawal,
this payment is only refundable if written notice is received one
month before the camp session. No refunds will be made after this
deadline.
Camper Personal Bank Account.
As a guideline only, we reccomend placing US$
25.00
per week in your camper's account. If the camper is attending camp
for more than one week, or you want place additional funds
for clothing, souvenirs or pictures CD, you can do so by clicking
the Add button more than once (in amounts of US$ 25).
Balances. Balances are due
one month prior of the first camp session attending. After this deadline
30% of fees are non refundable.
Transfers. A transfer of session fee is US$
25.00 for each session change.
REFUNDS
In the event of withdrawal, if written notice
is received by the camp office before our deadline (one month
prior the camp session) the deposits are refundable, less a $50 processing
charge (application deposit). If written notice of withdrawal
is received after the deadline (but before the camp session), 70%
of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given for campers
leaving a session early.
Special Programs are only refundable if written
notice is received one month before the camp session.
Refunds must be claimed the day the camp session
starts or ends, or at the camp office within two months after the
camp session.
OTHER NOTES
Unless you specifically request a copy of the official receipt,
your deposit slip or credit card statement for the balance of fees
serves as your receipt.
