Cabins
In Camp Valle Verde,
campers stay in a cabin with other campers the same age and gender.
The cabins are permanent, well-spaced buildings - electricity,
windows, screens, hot and cold water, washing and sanitary facilities
for each cabin. There are 8 to 12 campers and one or two counselors
to a cabin. Every camper sleeps on a bed with a comfortable mattress
and has a space to hold their personal clothing.

Meals
The food at Camp Valle
Verde is prepared by an experienced kitchen
staff, so that it is top quality and kid friendly. Meals are planned
well in advance and are always well balanced and nutritious.
The meals are served family style, and the
menus are constantly updated with our campers' input. Campers
tell us that our meals are excellent with some variety and choices
to meet everyone's needs. Our meals include:
soups, rice, salads, mexican dishes, pasta, vegetables, beans, fruit,
cereals, eggs, meat, chicken, milk, bread, pancakes, sandwiches or
hamburgers.
The counselors supervise that each camper in the cabin is
eating in an adequate way.

Transportation
Travel to camp is easy (despite our feeling
of remoteness). We are three hours by car from Mexico City, and one
and a half hours from the city of Toluca. Valle
Verde provides certain transportation options to help you
get your child to camp.
We can arrange camp counselors to meet all arrivals at the Mexico City
airport with camp vans or cars, and staff members are sent to escort
campers from point to point whenever necessary. About 90% of children
meet in Mexico City and travel to and from camp on deluxe-chartered
buses.
