Camp Valle Verde is ideally located in Valle
de Bravo, 96 km west
of the city of Toluca, and 142 km from Mexico City.
The altitude of Valle de Bravo is 1,869
meters above sea level and it is one of the most traditional
towns near Mexico City. The annual average temperature
is about 18 °C.
Valle de Bravo is located next to a beautiful
lake where activities such as water skiing, sailing, windsurfing
and yachting can be practiced. Other great activities include walks
around the town, watching beautiful sunsets in the lake, and visiting
charmed woods or the most incredible waterfalls.

The climate at Valle de Bravo is excellent
for camp activities. Most mornings are warm and pleasant and although
it rains almost every afternoon during the summer (but for short
periods of time), we've learned to deal with the weather and to
adapt our daily schedule. The nights usually bring refreshing,
cool mountain air.

To get from Mexico City to CVV by car,
use the “Libramiento Bicentenario route”. Going from Mexico City
to Toluca, before Lerma, take the "Libramiento Bicentenario". Follow
the signs to Zitácuaro or Valle de Bravo. After Villa Victoria,
take the exit to Valle de Bravo. The road to the Camp is
called Barranca Seca, and it is across the street from Valle de
Bravo's Red Cross.
